Expression of Interest : Recruitment of a consultant in charge of the feasibility study of a Cité des Energies in Senegal
The Gas Project Negotiations Support and Institutional Capacity Building Project invites eligible consulting firms ( Consultants ) to express their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants must provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The criteria for establishing the shortlist are:
General experience: The consultant must have an expertise of at least 08 years of experience in areas such as the development of master plans for economic zones; feasibility studies of industrial projects, development and planning of industrial zones and environmental assessments;
Specific experience 1: The consultant must have a minimum of 05 experiences (similar Missions) of feasibility study of special economic zones oriented energy,
Specific experience 2: Have a mastery of the natural gas value chain, the implementation of energy networks and optimized infrastructures, as well as in urban planning and environmental and social sciences;
Managerial organization: Demonstrated technical, administrative and organizational capacities, in particular the proposed organization as well as the composition of the team planned to carry out the mission
